On Sunday evening, several cars were targeted in a brazen shooting in Toronto. The attack left two men dead and wounded two others.
There were close to 12 people outside the restaurant and a street corner at the time, according to local authorities. Some neighbors described seeing a car flip over. Police said two victims had gone inside to tend to their “coroner,” which is to say, “loved ones” killed in a crash. Two others are still in critical condition.
Witness Kevin Rexford told CNN, “I’ve been lucky enough to escape other gunshots, and I saw people have torsos jolted, and they fall, and then people were dragging them out.”
The driver of the car remained inside the vehicle and was arrested, CNN reported.
