Big changes for retailers this holiday season.

With more than 70% of retailers now offering the sale on any day of the week or weekend starting today, retailers are shifting more of their attention to sales as opposed to wait for Black Friday.

Shoppers are responding, looking at two to three times more deals on Black Friday than in past years.

According to new research from Ohio State University, a quarter of the online customers made a purchase on the website. This year, shoppers are paying on average 23% more than last year.

In Columbus, Ohio, it’s October, and banks are offering special holiday loan rates starting October 3rd. Credit card companies began offering Black Friday special deals for shoppers last weekend.

Halloween now has dates that consumers will never forget, and fast food restaurants are giving away free grubs.

My last update – there is an orange stripe showing up in the sun. You can take a weather link at the bottom of the screen to the same website to find a link so you can check on the forecast: Fox News Weather.

So, keep your phone with you, along with the weather, and be smart about getting out of your car and walking on the sidewalk.
